5楼正解，割包皮最明显发的好处还是减少了包皮垢的分泌，对自己级伴侣刺激减少恶变的几率，如果包皮能完全上翻，切无明显不适，那么注意清洗，保持卫生就行了。如果翻不过来或者强行翻出来很痛才需要去手术。手术首先包皮环切吧，虽然要自费买个环切器，但是过程方便，外观美观，并发症少，恢复较好。
